Approved by the National Radio and Television Administration in 2010, China Central Newsreel and Documentary Film Studio (Group) was established, comprising China Central Newsreel and Documentary Film Studio and Beijing Scientific and Educational Film Studio. In April 2019, the group was officially integrated into China Media Group.
As recorder and preserver of the filmed history of China, our extraordinary creative power has led us to be called China’s “National Team” of producing documentary films, scientific and educational films over the years. We have produced lots of award-winning programs of various types and topics ranging from documentary films, television documentary, scientific and educational films, to new-media short videos.
