Tom is an American living in Shanghai. Ever since his wife Ling died, Tom has lead a solitary life and fallen prey to depression. He roams the thrilling city, unable to put his life back together. One day, he finds hope upon meeting Bobo, a young woman who happens to resemble his former wife; but that’s their only thing in common. Bobo works as a hostess in a club and doesn’t seem interested in him, but he’ll try anything to win her over.
