Jiangjin District of Chongqing is the main production area of Xiaoqu flavor liquor in China. Lvxi Distillery and Jiangji Distillery, located in Baisha Town, Jiangjin District, are built along the Yangtze River, respectively producing Lvxi Shaojiu, an intangible cultural heritage, and Jiangxiaobai, a popular brand among young people. Winemakers of different ages in the two wineries seem to have new insights into life in their wine making work year after year.
