This film starts with the ignition ceremony of the small torch at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games. From the perspective of Huang Yusheng, a young foreign director, it combines the Olympic rings with the traditional Chinese five elements. Through five environmental protection experts, it introduces the environmental protection concept of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games and China’s efforts in solving global environmental problems.

本片以2022北京冬季奥运会上的小火炬点火仪式切入，以外国青年导演的黄宇晟视角，将奥运五环与中国传统五行结合，通过五位环保专家，介绍了北京冬奥会的环保理念和中国在全球环境问题所作出的努力。
