The program gathered 109 young girls who are good at singing and dancing, dreaming to be a performer to improve their artistic skills in vocal, rap, and dance through a four-month training. The youth producers finally selected 9 contestants from them to form an outstanding girl group through stage assessments at various stages, thus realizing their stage dream.
节目召集了109位唱跳俱佳、心怀梦想的青春少女，通过为期4个月的训练，提升其在声乐、说唱、舞蹈三个方面的艺术技能，青春制作人们通过期间各阶段舞台考核，最终从中选出9位选手组成优质女团出道，实现了舞台梦想。
