Palace lanterns have been traditional Chinese culture for more than 1,400 years. But a lot of Chinese people know nothing about palace lanterns and they don’t know the fact that palace lanterns are dying out. But there are some people who are trying to protect and save palace lanterns. They are the lantern makers. Nowadays, there are few lantern makers, so in this documentary film, we will show the life and the feelings of the lantern maker. We focus on the conservation of this culture.
