Adapted from the true story of Zhu Youyong, an academician the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAS), this film tells the touching story of how Zhu Youyong led his team to the Lancang county and help lift the local people out of poverty in response to the country’s commitment to targeted poverty alleviation.
